Some people criticized Edo state Govt for giving Scholarship to Daniel Oikhena (who was arrested on August 24, 2013 after sneaking into the tyre compartment of a Lagos-bound Arik plane) fear of being replicated by other teenagers. Last month one teenager was arrested and now three have been arrested again. See HERE.
